Demo Day of the “Bot4Lib” Call for Solutions : Data Design Engineering

The GovTech Lab selected the Data Design Engineering team to further develop its “proof of concept” (PoC) following the “Demo Day” of the “Bot4Lib” call for solutions.

The two candidates who participated in the “Demo Day” on 22 September 2025 were tasked with developing a functional PoC to automate the inventory process of the reading room at the National Library of Luxembourg using a robot.

The jury, composed of representatives from the Ministry for Digitalisation, the State Information Technology Centre (CTIE), the National Library of Luxembourg, and the Technische Universität Dortmund, decided that the innovative solution proposed by Data Design Engineering best met the expectations in terms of innovation, quality, and functionality.

The Data Design Engineering team will now work with the teams of the National Library of Luxembourg during the design phase to finalise their solution.

GovTech Lab은 “Bot4Lib” 솔루션 공모의 “데모데이” 이후 Data Design Engineering 팀을 선정하여 그들의 “개념 증명”(PoC)을 추가 개발하기로 했습니다.

2025년 9월 22일에 열린 “데모데이”에 참가한 두 후보 팀은 룩셈부르크 국립도서관 열람실의 자료 인벤토리 과정을 로봇을 활용해 자동화하는 기능적 PoC를 개발하는 임무를 부여받았습니다.

심사위원단은 룩셈부르크 디지털화부, 국가 정보기술센터(CTIE), 룩셈부르크 국립도서관, 도르트문트 공과대학교 대표들로 구성되었으며, Data Design Engineering이 제안한 혁신적 솔루션이 혁신성, 품질, 기능성 측면에서 기대에 가장 부합한다고 평가했습니다.

앞으로 Data Design Engineering 팀은 설계 단계에서 룩셈부르크 국립도서관 팀과 협력하여 솔루션을 최종 완성하게 됩니다.
